The Land Committee at the Scientific Research Authority held an expanded meeting in the Ibn al-Haytham Hall, chaired by the Director of the Administrative Department and attended by several department members. The meeting was dedicated to explaining the procedures for completing the employee data form and the relevant instructions.
The committee reviewed the requirements for including official documents, including commencement orders and additional service records. It emphasized that employees on extended leave must attach their departure and commencement orders, while those dismissed for political reasons are required to submit only their commencement orders.
The committee also urged employees to carefully verify their data, clarifying that any correction requests must be submitted exclusively through the Administrative Department, and that the deadline for completing the procedures is no more than seven working days. It noted the formation of a dedicated communication group to answer inquiries and emphasized that the data entry is final and cannot be modified after approval by the heads of the departments.
