The President of the Scientific Research Authority, Professor Dr. Shafiq Shaker Shafiq Al-Mawla, visited the Agricultural Research Center, where he was received by the Center's Director, Dr. Adnan Shabar Falih.

The visit came as part of the Authority's commitment to supporting and developing applied scientific research. Discussions focused on the applied projects being implemented by the Center and explored opportunities for expanding their implementation to align with the needs of the agricultural sector and the requirements of sustainable development.

The visit also included a meeting with the heads of scientific departments and a number of researchers, during which their research efforts were reviewed, and prospects for strengthening cooperation and translating scientific research outputs into practical applications that contribute to achieving a tangible impact on the ground were explored.
