“Together for the Localization of Scientific Research,” the Scientific Research Authority activated a scientific and research cooperation agreement with Al-Mustaqbal University on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, on the sidelines of a meeting of cooperation agreements with private universities hosted by Al-Bayan University.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Authority’s Chairman, Professor Dr. Shafiq Al-Mawla, several senior staff members, and center directors, as well as a delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University that included Professor Dr. Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs; Professor Dr. Tariq Jawad Al-Mousawi, Head of the Scientific Affairs Department; and Dr. Samir Ibrahim, Director of the Cultural Relations Department.

The agreement aims to strengthen academic partnerships and develop the scientific research system through cooperation in teaching and joint research, training exchanges, support for science and technology parks, and institutional development programs. At the conclusion of the event, Dr. Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi emphasized Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to expanding cooperation and enhancing joint research initiatives with the Authority.
