The Scientific Research Authority Signs a Twinning Agreement with Al-Nahrain University The Scientific Research Authority signed a joint cooperation agreement with Al-Nahrain University on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, to enhance scientific research and develop joint applied projects.

The agreement was signed by the Authority's Chairman, Professor Dr. Shafiq Al-Mawla, and the University's President, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Shawi, in the presence of several academic figures from both sides.

The agreement aims to exchange expertise, form research teams, support researchers, and bolster the scientific infrastructure in Iraq. During the ceremony, commemorative plaques were exchanged, and the Authority presented its first publication, the "Guidance Manual."
